2011 - 2012

Dinner Reservation & Cancellation Policy

 

Madison Chapter IAAP has established this Dinner Reservation Policy to ensure financially responsible administration of the chapter treasury. All members are expected to adhere to this policy without exception.

 

Dinners are $20.00 per person for IAAP members, $25.00 per person for non-members, and $10.00 a person for the presentation only. Make checks payable to Madison Chapter IAAP.

 

Special dietary requests are accepted until 9:00 a.m., Monday, June 18, 2012.

 

Cancellations made after the 9:00 a.m., Monday, June 18, 2012, deadline and no-shows will be responsible for payment. Invoices for late cancellations and no-shows will be sent within one week of the meeting, and payment is due prior to the next meeting.

 

A member who makes a dinner reservation for a guest is responsible for payment of the dinner if the guest cancels after the 9:00 a.m., Monday, June 18, 2012, deadline or if the guest is a no-show.

 

Any member who attends a meeting without a dinner reservation will not be offered a dinner until all members who have reservations are accommodated.

Wisconsin Division Annual Meeting

May 18 - 19

Holiday Inn Convention Center
Stevens Point, WI, US

WDAM Update.  Full registration for the Wisconsin Division Annual Meeting will be $145 for the weekend and will include 4.5 hours of workshops, four meals, the business session, Friday night activity, and loads of networking and fun!  The room rate is $99 and all rooms have a fridge and a microwave.   Our raffle room will again display dozens of fabulous baskets and other gifts, all to be won by the end of the weekend.  Conference dates are May 18 & 19 at the Holiday inn Convention Center in Stevens Point.

There is a new link off of the Professional Resources tab, the Madison Chapter Library Check Out. It has a list of the library books available to chapter members for check out. Since it is a service that is only available to chapter members you need to be able to log into the chapter website.
